Customers with prearranged ground transportation, other than one of Detroit Metropolitan Airport’s official providers, may meet their driver in designated areas of their terminal’s baggage claim area or Ground Transportation Center. Please be sure to arrange a meeting location with your transportation provider directly in advance of your arrival. Only customers with advanced reservations may use unauthorized ground transportation services; soliciting is strictly prohibited.
Passengers traveling via motor coach/charter bus may access their operator through the McNamara Terminal and North Terminal Ground Transportation Centers.
- Motor Coach operators in the McNamara Ground Transportation Center use the assigned stalls located at the south end of the Ground Transportation Center. Signage is available to direct you to this location.
- Motor Coach operators in the North Terminal Ground Transportation Center are assigned to stalls 1-3, 8 and 9. Signage is available to direct you to this location.
